Terms of Use
Summary. This is a free-to-play life-regression game. Inside the app you can buy Super Passes (consumable, used to skip ads) and the Rewind Pass (an auto-renewing 30-day subscription). Payment, cancellation and refunds follow the policy of the store you got the app from (App Store · Google Play).
1. Scope
These terms apply to the game provided by SEIZEMODE (the "Operator"), on app and web (the "Service"). When you use the Service on an Apple device, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; where it differs from these terms, these terms prevail. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
2. Paid items
- Super Passes (20 · 65 · 160 · 420, Starter Pack) — consumable items stored on your account. One Super Pass skips one rewarded ad, or can be exchanged in the shop for items (Action Points, cards, IV drip, etc.). The Starter Pack can be bought once per account.
- Rewind Pass (auto-renewing subscription) — no full-screen year-end ads for 30 days, 20 Super Passes on every payment, and 2 cards every day.
- In-game money and assets are never sold. Rankings are decided by play alone.
- Prices are those shown in the shop and in the store's payment sheet, and may vary by country and currency.
3. Rewind Pass — billing and cancellation
- Length and price — 30 days, at the price shown in the shop (US $6.99)
- Payment — charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal — the subscription renews automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancellation — any time. After cancelling, benefits continue until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Please cancel through the steps above.
4. Refunds
- Payments are processed by the store, so refunds are requested from the store under its policy — Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com · Google Play: request a refund from your order history.
- When the store refunds a payment, the Super Passes and subscription time granted by that payment are taken back (as much as remains).
- If you paid but did not receive your item, or were charged twice, email support@seizemode.com and we will grant it or help with a refund.
5. Account and storage
- Super Passes and subscriptions are kept on your account. If you delete the app or change devices without linking an account (Kakao · Apple · Google), they cannot be recovered.
- Super Passes and in-game currency cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others.
6. Random items
The odds for each grade when flipping an unidentified (magic) card are published in the in-game shop.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Tampering with game data or traffic, exploiting bugs, manipulating rankings, using another person's account, and abuse, advertising or sharing personal information in the Lounge are prohibited.
- Violations may lead to hidden ranking records, Lounge restrictions or restrictions on the Service.
8. About the game
Prices and events in the game are fiction loosely based on real history. They have nothing to do with real investment or returns, and nothing in the game is investment advice.
9. Changes
If these terms change, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date in advance.
